Army Materiel Command (AMC) Fellows Program

This five-year program is designed to build a multifunctional, mobile cadre of highly qualified personnel for AMC. The first thirteen months of the program involve formal graduate level classroom work at the AMC Logistics Leadership Center (ALLC) and Texas A&M University-Texarkana (TAMU-T). The coursework at ALLC is multifunctional giving each Fellow the breadth of knowledge needed to enter a variety of career program pairings. The combination of the graduate studies at ALLC and TAMU-T give each Fellow the opportunity to earn a master's degree in business. The remaining forty-seven months of the program consist of a series of geographically rotational on the job training assignments.
